What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, property type, how often you need cleaning, and any details you choose to add. We use it only to respond to your request and provide a quote.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your quote and to schedule service. By submitting the form you consent to being contacted about your request. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your information, at any time.
Where it is stored
Quote requests are delivered to our email inbox by our email provider and are kept there as the record of your enquiry. We do not operate a separate customer database for website enquiries, and we do not store payment information on this website.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. Any hosting logs are used only to keep the site running and secure.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information where we are not required to keep it
- Stop contacting you
