This is the standard scope for move-in & move-out. We confirm it with you in writing before the first visit, and we will adjust it to your space rather than pretending every property is the same.

• Every room cleaned empty, including inside all cupboards, drawers and closets
• Inside the oven, fridge, dishwasher and reachable appliance cavities
• Bathrooms fully descaled, including grout, glass and fixtures
• Baseboards, door frames, switch plates, vents and light fittings
• Window interiors, sills and tracks
• Floors vacuumed and washed throughout, waste removed

Tell us the handover time when you book. If a closing moves, tell us as soon as you know and we will move with it where the schedule allows.
